I am born of French descent. I was raised with the daily taste of countless varieties of "formage". Hardly a meal was had without a slice, a wedge or chunk. My first job was at Hickory Farms where I sampled dozens of "gourmet" cheeses from around the globe... But this is why it's all repulsive to me now...
