E COLI COOKIE DOUGH - VEGANS EAT IT RAW!

Just one of the really awesome things about being vegan is the baking! No kitchen worries - eat the batter right out of the bowl... and cookie dough is not a problem either. Unlike the issues regarding Nestle Toll House dough - Today's report from the Colorado Department of Public Health announces the possible link of 66 cases of E. coli O157:H7 in 28 states to the consumption of Nestle Toll House raw cookie dough. I love that you made a whole post on this! I often push for people to AT LEAST go vegan in their baking if for nothing else, they can eat anything that they desire raw. Plus before I was a vegan, it was such a PAIN to work with eggs - ick! All that messiness and hand washing and worrying about little bits of shells getting in the food. No thanks!
